Who She Is: Dondria Fields is an R&B singer-songwriter who was discovered by music mogul Jermaine Dupri via YouTube. Dondria, under the alias of Phatfffat, uploaded homemade videos of herself singing, and after generating a significant online buzz she eventually caught Dupri's attention and he signed her to his So So Def label.

What's Next for Her: Dondria's debut album, tentatively titled Dondria Vs. Phatfffat, has been pushed back several times since 2008, but as of right is scheduled to drop in August, 2010.
