Who's Next: the Future of R&B (2009 Edition)

Who He Is: Young Steff, whose government name is Stephen Goldsboro, is an hip-hop/R&B singer straight out of the New Jersey/Philadelphia area. He's the son and nephew of professional singers and was once signed to Jay-Z's Roc-A-Fella Records when he was in his early teens.

What's Next for Him: After regrouping, Steff signed with Atlantic Records in 2007 and is slated to release his debut album Jump It Off, on June 2.
