Why They're on the List:
Because other than Jennifer Holiday, the members of this four-man vocal group from Oklahoma just might have more sheer vocal talent than anyone else on this list. If you don't believe me, head over to MySpace TV and check out the video for their rendition of Sam Cooke's "A Change is Gonna Come." They sound like the second coming of Boyz II Men.

What's Next for Them:
The group's often-delayed debut album, Authentic R&B, could drop sometime in 2007, but might be out in 2008, despite that the album's first single, the wedding song "One Love," came out in August 2006. (Yeah, what's up with that, Universal Motown?)
