The nominations for the 2011 Soul Train Awards were announced Fri., Oct. 21 and Chris Brown received the most nominations, five. Beyonce was the runner-up with four noms. The show was taped Nov. 17 in Atlanta and aired Nov. 27 on both the BET and Centric cable channels. Cedric The Entertainer hosted, and Jill Scott, Robin Thicke, Lloyd, Miguel, Melanie Fiona and Keith Sweat were among the performers.
