It looks like February 2013 will have a British accent when it comes to new R&B/Soul albums coming our way during the month. Of the handful of releases scheduled to drop in the U.S. during February, half of them are from English artists. They are: Soul singer Alice Russell, whose latest solo project, To Dust, is her second new release in 10 months; dance-Soul funkateer Jamie Lidell, who has a self-titled project coming out; and newcomer Emeli Sande, who follows up her 2012 debut project with a live album recorded in her native UK. Also releasing projects this month are American romantic crooners Avant and Will Downing, Southern hummingbird Tweet; and underrated, eclectic vocalist Bilal. For the full details, have a look below.
1. 'Face the Music,' Avant
Avant's seventh studio album, which comes out Feb. 5, is the follow-up to 2010's The Letter.

2. 'To Dust,' Alice Russell
British Soul singer Alice Russell, who released a well-received collaborative album called Look Around the Corner with DJ Quantic less than a year ago, is back with an all-new solo album. It comes out Feb. 26 -- except in the U.S., where it'll be released April 30.
