February 2007 was a really bad month for new R&B. There were less than half a dozen releases of all-new music scheduled to come out during the entire month - and even then, only a couple of them actually wound up being released. But March should be much better. Some of R&B and Soul music's better young talent is releasing new material during the month, including Joss Stone, Lloyd and the great Amy Winehouse. Then again, established veterans like Musiq Soulchild, Macy Gray and Marques Houston are releasing new material as well. Check the list below for details.

7. "Dangerous Game" Mary Weiss
Weiss, who was a member of the 1960s group the Shangri-Las (best known for the hit song "Be My Little Baby,") releases her comeback album containing mostly new material, on Norton Records on March 6.
This collection of remakes of Earth, Wind & Fire songs comes out March 27 on Stax/Concord Music. Among the singers performing on the 10-song compilation are Mint Condition, Angie Stone, Musiq Soulchild and MeShell Ndegeocello.
