January was a weak month for R&B: only two artists (Corinne Bailey Rae and Omarion) released new albums. But February's looking better, even though there's just seven new releases. The biggest album of the month is Soldier of Love, Sade's first album in 10 years. Second-biggest is probably the return of New Jersey singer Jaheim. But the album your Guide to R&B has been most anticipating is Love & War, the American debut by highly talented Australian Soul singer Daniel Merriweather. 1. Soldier of Love, Sade

Sade's long-awaited new release - and first all-new project since the Lovers Rock album back in 2000 - will be in stores Feb. 9 via Epic Records.
