Word on the street is that Rihanna is going to release a new album in a couple of months. And if true, not only it would be her seventh studio release, it would also continue her tradition of releasing a new album during the same month each year. If you hadn't noticed, her last three albums, 2011's Talk That Talk, 2010's Loud and 2009's Rated R, were all released in November. Adding fuel to the speculation is the fact that she recently announced a 2013 North American tour, which kicks off March 8 in Buffalo and travels through most of the major U.S. and Canadian cities before coming to a halt about two months later in New York. The name of the trek, which is the Diamonds World Tour may hint at the name of the upcoming album, but only time will tell. So far, 27 cities are scheduled, but more may be added later. Tickets go on sale for the initial shows beginning tomorrow, Fri., Sept. 14. No word yet on the opening acts, but the most up-to-date info regarding the tour, including ticket prices and show additions and cancellations can be found on the tour's page at the event promotion website livenation.com. The current tour schedule as of today's date is listed below.
