After taking some time off following the release of her 2010 album, Beautiful, R&B singer Vivian Green re-emerged on the music scene earlier in 2012 by performing the vocal duties on "Still Here," a single taken from the latest album by Jazz musician Brian Culbertson. And now she's prepping her fourth studio album, The Green Room, for release later this year.
"I wanted to create music that's fun and sexy and soulful, and songs that are reflective but not morose. That's where I am in my life, and that's the kind of music I wanted to make," she recently said of the recording of her new album.
The first single's a lush and romantic track called "Anything Out There," where Vivian gushes about the good loving her man's giving her. "Ooh baby you go hard, you sure know how to raise the bar, you're showing me all I deserve, you're bringing me heaven on Earth/I'm giving you five stars," she sings. The Green Room is due out Sept. 25, 2012, but "Anything Out There," which is expected to be serviced to radio stations in the next few days, can be streamed via the top link below.
