Apparently, love can be a real pain for Trey Songz. Literally. On the Virginia-based singer's latest single, "Heart Attack," he passionately croons about suffering from a broken heart: "I never knew love would feel like a heart attack and it's killing me," he sings. "It's killing me, I swear I never cried so much, 'cause I never knew love would hurt this f*ckin' bad, worst pain that I ever had." The song was just released today, barely two weeks after Trey finished up his month-long "Anticipation 2our" series of live concerts, which were in support of two mixtapes he dropped in December 2011, the R&B-flavored Anticipation II and the hip hop-centric #LemmeHolDatBeat2. The new single will be on Trey's fifth album, Chapter 5, which is due out sometime this summer via Atlantic Records. It can be streamed via the link below.
