Urban pop singer-songwriter Miguel Pimentel (of "All I Want is You" and "Sure Thing" fame), has an interesting project unfolding over the next few months. The LA-based singer plans to drop a free EP once a month on the 27th of each month from February through April. And so far so good: the first entry in the series, Art Dealer Chic Vol. 1, was just released several hours ago. Volume one features three songs that Miguel himself wrote and produced: "Adorn," "That I Do" and "Gravity," the latter of which was co-produced by Fisticuffs, the production duo behind some of the better songs on Miguel's 2010 debut album, including "Quickie" and "Pay Me." Vol. 1 can be streamed or downloaded free and legally at mixtape site datpiff.com; a link's included below.
