After listening to the song "I'm Grown" it's hard to believe that Tiffany Evans is still a teenager, but it's true. According to her label, Columbia Records, she was born in August 1992, meaning she's only 15 years old. Which is amazing, because she has a very mature voice for her age. Tiff, who sounds a little like ex-Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams with a little Ciara mixed in, is scheduled to drop her self-titled debut album in April.
