Music: Omarion and Bow Wow - "Hood Star" + "Girlfriend"

If you hadn't heard, singer Omarion and rapper Bow Wow are collaborating on an R&B/Hip-Hop project, a la R. Kelly and Jay-Z's two Best of Both Worlds albums. The O/Bow Wow collaboration album, which is called Face Off, is due in stores on Dec. 11. But in the meantime, if you're wondering what their styles sound like when combined, then wonder no longer. Columbia Records has supplied your Guide to R&B with a couple of audio streams of songs from the album: one is an energetic party jam for the fellas called "Hood Star" and the other's a bubblegum pop song for the ladies called "Girlfriend."
