Tuesday September 18, 2007
Mary J. BligeMary J. Blige's official website has confirmed that Mary's new album, called Growing Pains, will be released by Geffen Records on Nov. 27. It will be her first album of completely new material since her late-2005 album The Breakthrough (although a greatest hits package called Reflections - A Retrospective, was released by Geffen in December 2006). The first single off Growing Pains is the song "Just Fine," which was released to radio on Sept. 26. Among the artists and producers rumored to be contributing to the album in some way are Babyface, Ne-Yo and rapper The Game. Your Guide to R&B will bring you all the new info as it develops. It’s good to hear that mary is coming out with another cd. She is one of the few old school female artist doing her thang. I already know mary will bring the heat.
