R&B singer Joe is set to drop a new album, Ain't Nothin' Like Me, next Tuesday (April 24), so your Guide to R&B figured now's a good time to revisit the album's underappreciated first single, "Where You At?," which was released last year. The slow, simmering song, which features New York rapper Papoose, tells the tale of a man who regrets ruining a relationship and wants to reconcile with the woman who's left him.
