San Francisco-area singer J. Valentine has crowned himself "King of R&Bay," or, the ruler of Bay Area R&B. Well, your Guide to R&B has a strong opinion on that, but I'll play nice today and keep it to myself. Instead, I'll just let you know that J.'s debut album, Conversation Piece, comes out on J Records (naturally) sometime this summer.
