Omarion's 21 Debuts at No. 1

Former boy-band member Omarion has scored his second straight No. 1 debut on the Billboard albums chart. His sophomore release, 21 will debut atop both Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop and Top 200 albums charts when they're officially released tomorrow, Jan. 4. In its first week in stores, 21 sold 118,000 copies; Omarion's first solo album, O, debuted at No. 1 in 2005, selling 182,000 copies in its first week out. No. 2 on this week's Top 200 chart is Akon's Konvicted, which rose from the 10th spot last week; and No. 3 is the "Dreamgirls" soundtrack, which rose an amazing 28 spots from the week before.
