Two New Jill Scott Albums Coming In 2007

Hidden Beach Recordings, the home of neo-Soul singer Jill Scott has announced it'll release two projects by Jill this year, one being a compilation of her best collaborations with other artists, and the other being an album of all-new material. First up is a 14-song album called Jill Scott: Collaborations, which will be released on Jan. 30, 2007. It features tracks with the rappers Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco and Common, among others. But the Collaborations project is just meant to whet fans' appetites. The main course is an album of all-new material called The Real Thing, which will be released in summer 2007, according to Hidden Beach.
