This week's New Music Spotlight is on Cheri Dennis, a 20-something singer from Cleveland
who's on Diddy's Bad Boy label. As the story goes, Cheri had been in New York for just 2 weeks when she ran into Diddy at a party, then gave an impromptu vocal performance. A few weeks later, she was signed to the label. Her self-titled debut album is scheduled to drop on July 11. For now, check out the audio and video for her first single, "I Love You," which was produced by Ryan Leslie.
